Menopause is often something that women fear or dread. I see it as a gateway, a privilege, a time to embrace change with grace and step into a life that is empowered, loving and alive. This is your birthright as a woman. Can it be messy? Sometimes. Any stage of life can be. Can it be challenging? Sometimes. When are there not challenges in one's life?
These are just challenges that few have navigated in a positive way before. But there are pathways, knowledge that has been kept from women, that we need to know and understand so we can embrace this change with grace and the empowerment this time is meant for us.
I'd love you to join me for an afternoon of truth and wisdom. Where I share what I've learned from extensive research, over 20 years of working with women and couples and of course, my own personal journey.
A little bit about me - I'm a Psychotherapist, author, TEDx speaker and facilitator of women's and couples work, I've been writing about menopause, specifically in relation to how it affects relationships for over 10 years. Having just turned 60, a mother and grandmother, I went through an early menopause, more than 15 years ago, at a time when the subject was sidelined in the medical profession. I'm now inspired to share not only important information that every woman should know, at any age, but the opportunities that this time can offer.
